      Welcome to the White River Bow Hunters "LimbSaver Midwest Classic", The 1st jewel of the
 IBO Triple Crown National Championship Series at the 4-H Fairgrounds, Bedford, IN.  Below is
some information to make your shoot more enjoyable. You must be a member of I.B.O. to compete
for national awards.

                      THE 4-H FAIRGROUNDS DO NOT ALLOW DOGS ON THE PREMISES.
ALL FIRE PITS MUST BE CLEANED UP .

SHOOTING OF ARROWS SHALL BE DONE "ONLY IN DESIGNATED AREAS"

THE ARCHER WHO ENJOYS A CHALLENGE
 

REGISTRATION:   NO PRE-REGISTRATION

 Registration is located in the first building on the right as you enter the fair grounds. Registration is divided into individuals
and teams. If you are going to register as a team, DO NOT register as an individual first. Team registration includes individual
registration. The first member of a team must complete the registration for the team and pay the team fee.
REGISTRATION HOURS ARE:
Thursday 6pm-8pm, Friday 6:30 am-8pm and Saturday 6:30 am-4 pm.
Sunday NO REGISTRATION.

PRO CLASS: Those shooting Pro Class must sign in & pick up paper work at the Registration Building, 4H fairgrounds prior
to assembling at 8:30am Saturday at the White River Bowhunters Club grounds, where you will receive score cards and instructions.
All Pro groups will shoot 30 targets Saturday and 10 targets Sunday at the club grounds, located on Hwy 37( 4.7 mile south of
Hwy 50 & 37 junction) between Bedford & Mitchell  turn west beside Tieman Tire  Sales (White River Bowhunters sign at this location)
and go approx. 1.7 miles and Club is located on the left side of the road.  Watch for sign, club house & archery targets in field.

SEMI PRO CLASS:  Those shooting Semi Pro Class must sign in & pick up paper work at the Registration Building,
4H fairgrounds prior to assembling at 8:00 AM Saturday at the White River Bowhunters Club grounds.  Semi Pro Class will
shoot Saturday and Sunday only.  The semi pro's will shoot 30 targets Saturday and 10 Sunday.  All cards must be in by
l o'clock Sunday.

SHOOT COURSE: The course is comprised of 10 & 20 target ranges. Each class will be assigned an accumulation of ranges
to shoot, for a total of 40 targets. Classes, (other than PROs, SEMI PROs, FBH & PCBH) will not be assigned start times
and they may shoot as few or as many targets (10 target increments) as they like each day. 

SHOOTING HOURS: The ranges will be open for shooters beginning at 7am Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
NOTE: RANGE OFFICIALS MAY ALTER RANGE HOURS AT ANY TIME .
All score cards must be turned in by 1pm Sunday at the tents to qualify for awards. 
No one will be allowed to start on any range after 11:00 AM Sun..

EMERGENCY: IN CASE OF A WEATHER EMERGENCY, A SIREN HORN WILL SOUND. If your family has an
emergency and needs to contact you call  Lawrence County Sheriffs Department at (812) 275-3316 or 911.

POSTING OF SCORES: Scores will be posted in front of the registration building daily and will be updated as more
scores are turned in.

SHOOT OFFS: Any shoot offs will be conducted as soon after 1pm Sunday as the scores can be tabulated. Shoot offs
will be a single arrow, unmarked yardage, closest to the center of the target. An announcement will be made as to the time and
location of the shoot off.

TROPHY PRESENTATION: Trophies will be presented at approximately 3pm Sunday at the Expo Hall. (Vendors building).  
If you are not at the awards ceremony, make arrangements for someone to pick up your trophy, if it is not picked up you may pick
it up at the 2nd jewell in PA. (IBO booth)

I.B.O. WILL POST SCORES ON THEIR WEB SITE, THE FOLLOWING WEEK OF THE SHOOT
SHOOT RESULTS MAY BE DOWNLOADED FROM THERE.

PEER SHOOTING: Peer Shooting will be required (other than pro) only at Nelsonville.

EQUIPMENT CHECKS: Check your equipment (bow and arrow weight, speed) on scales at the check stations.
These are the official scales of the shoot. Equipment will be checked at random when you exit a range.
You can specify (280 speed as long as you do not exceed your maximum class bow weight) or 5 grains per pound bow weight,
NOT BOTH. NOTE; All bow weights subject to max. poundage, designated by your class.

CAMPING ON GROUNDS FREE:  Unlimited primitive, limited electrical hookups (no reservations-1st come)
No entry to campground until after noon Thursday.  Showers at campgrounds.
